This is the best animation ever. Whenever aang used to go into the avatar state, it used to give me goose bumps. The concept sounds so realistic and natural. The Ending should have included zuko and his mother’s reunion as well. I want to see more of avatar. The writer could think about how aang and zuko rebuild the empire, the challenges they face doing that. New adventures as they encounter more challenges during the rebuilding process. They can add more characters into it. They even have the Fire lord (imprisoned) and zuki alive, so they can spice it up by them escaping from the prison and then being a major roadblock in the rebuilding process. Phew! somebody please gimme the email address of the director and the writer of avatar

Just saw the movie trailer of Avatar- The last air bender due to release on july next year. It is really cool. The kid playing aang, well i just got a short glimpse of him but looked pretty good. The martial arts and special effects what ever i could see in the 1 and half minute trailer was really really cool. You guys gotta check it out. I’m so glad that they’re making a movie out of it and that too its a mega movie. It all sounds so cool. Can’t wait for the summer next year. Oh! and in my last post i mistyped zuki for Azula. You know, zuko-zuki

Awesome show, i loved it. I have finished watching the Avatar series in just a week. Its total addiction, and yes, the anime can really continue, cuz the two major villains are still alive, with Azula with her firebending powers still intact.

no way should there be a fourth series, a fourth series requires another 20 more episodes, think you lot in just 3 episodes you could probabbly ruin it. How much more likely is that to happen in 20? Also there isnt really anything we dont no so why not leave it great untouched

Wouldnt it be awesome if people could actually bend and all the funky animals existed? Think of the possibilities:
There wouldn’t be energy bills; You could use firebending to cook food, waterbending to take a shower, airbending instead of the AC, and light would also come from firebending.
No sickness! Waterbenders would heal us all!
You could take the quick way up to your apartment building using gliders
No need for planes; we have flying bison
everyone would have a cute pet lemur
Free diamonds through earthbending!
No need for scuba diving, just make yourself an air bubble underwater with waterbending!
We could colonize the sea by making islands with earthbending!
Take a sea cruise on your personal lion turtle!
And best of all….

the ending was ok but what should of happend was Aang and katara have kids to restore airbending nation and the next avatar should be water because of the patern kyoshi, roku Aang then someone from the water tribe maybe one of sokka’s children along with the firelord Osai, Combustion man, and azula comming back into the picture.

They definitely shouldn’t make more. For one thing all of your suggestions are terrible, and for another thing part of the joy of a great story is that it ends. We go back out into the world carrying what we learned from the story, and accepting that the lives of the characters begin and end where we found and left them.
It’s a proper story. I has a proper ending. That’s it, and the guys who made it know that.

There needs to be more avatar, I personally didn’t like the majority of the earlier episodes, but over all amazing, Aang needs to cut out the tree hugged crap some, at point while watching the series I would literally get pissed because he is being a wining kid like when he won’t use fire bending, that’s my spiel, they need to make
more with different people, something more like the legend of avatar, and if somehow aang will repopulate the air nomads or something, from the live movie trailer the aang seems
emotionless rather than a happy go lucky kid but oh well al I got to say

You know, I was looking forward to The Last Airbender in July but now that I see who is playing Zuko…I am totally outraged! Zuko is HOT and this guy is NOT! I mean, basically none of the actors fit the roles. Only Princess Yue actress works and she isn’t even one of the main characters! *sigh* I am really disappointed…

I love avatar, especially the second season (toph rocks!) but I really think that the writers crammed WAY too much into the finale. And the way they have it ending, it’s impossible that they couldn’t go on! I mean, you never see Azula after she gets beaten, not to mention Zuko’s questioning his father about where his mother is! How can you not go on?

if they would make another book it would ruin it just like dbgt ruined dbz its to bad it had to end they could have made an ending episode yeah but thats their choice and the movie is prbly gonna suck (if its like dragonbal evolution ima be very mad)
they had better chose an animated movie that would actually fit the story like an alternate reality

I don’t think they should make a next book. It would ruin the story for a lot of people and also the message within the series. The whole point of ending it in that way, was to show that the world can still be saved and that there is still hope. Not just the Avatar’s world but also our own.
But maybe they could make some sort of sequel or a new show picking up where this one left off. It would have to be incredibly well thought out and designed to have even the smallest shred of hope, of being as amazing and staggering as this masterpiece.

personally, i want more. i’ve been addicted from the start, and it’s really gotten to me; either i’ve become sensitive, or this series is definitely beautiful and inspiring.
this world would be amazing to live in, even without being a bender. after the Fire Nation is ruled by Zuko, i mean. no terrorism needed now.
anyway. onto the point. as much as i want more, it’s true that this story needs to keep its ending. most stories that don’t have endings.. well, they’re ruined. yes, it’s sad that there is no more, and that Avatar is over - but as said before, epic stories need epic endings to make them epic.
perhaps they could have extras. or secret episodes that don’t involve the plot, since it should be finished. because, you know, i only want more of everyone’s lives. not another plot that, even with genius creators, may defeat the purpose of the entire original series.
but yeah; Avatar: The Last Airbender, ftw!

oh yea and don’t bother with the live action movie unless u really want to see it. it was ok for the time limit of and hour and a half but to put all 20 episodes in to one movie was a really bad idea lots of things were taken out and apparently Aang is now Ung Sakka is now Suka but Katara is the same and the onlyone who fits charater is Yue all in all it was a vary fail attempt at such an epic show
