Long Feng = Wormtongue
Earth King = King Theoden
Wormtongue weakened King Theoden through lies and accusations of the protagonists. Same here for Long Feng

continuity error: wen Team Avatar fly to the palace, Toph doesn’t know tht stuffs being fired at them, so she therefore shudnt be able to see anything in mid air if she didnt know they were being fired on, this is made apparent in a few other scene thru out the series, so how come when they land and to lines of earth benders fire rocks thru the air she some how knows where they are and blocks them with walls of earth?

This is not a continuity error. When the earthbenders launch the rocks she can sense them earthbending, and feel where they are sending the rocks, and henceforth raise the appropriate earth shield in place to protect herself/others. When she is in the air on Appa etc. she can’t feel any of the earth around her as she is not standing on it, and she can’t do anything about the rocks coming at her/sense them coming.
